Organization changes for the year 2019

Starting from January 2019, Risto Kauppi will lead Rugged Tooling. Risto is a long-term partner, and he will take on the role of acting CEO. Risto is an experienced business professional with a strong background in international business negotiations and partnerships. “My focus will be on keeping the company on its growth track,” says Risto. “I look forward to the new year as we advance our strategy.”

Risto replaces Petri Ylläsjärvi, who has led the company during the last 1,5 years as the CEO. Petri has left Rugged Tooling to pursue new challenges but will remain a shareholder in the company. Rugged Tooling thanks Petri for his time and energy, and the new ideas and business possibilities he has brought us.
