Rugged Tooling collects personal data only for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Statement. Personal data is processed on the basis of a person’s consent, potential assignment, legitimate interests of Rugged Tooling, or the implementation or preparation of a contract with the data subject.
Personal data is used for the communication between existing and potential customers and for the maintenance and development of customer relationships. Rugged Tooling processes the personal data as long as the legal basis of the collection of personal data exists and the purpose of the collection of personal data is valid or the data subject itself prohibits the processing of personal data related to the data subject. Rugged Tooling will implement all reasonable efforts related to rectifications without undue delay. Rugged Tooling evaluates the legal basis of the personal data processed at least every two (2) years.

Rugged Tooling applies all reasonable efforts to assure that incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete personal data is corrected. The data subject has the right to prohibit Rugged Tooling from processing personal data related to the data subject. The data subject has the right to request Rugged Tooling to delete personal data related to the data subject without undue delay.
